Archit Kadam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TACOM DEFENSE, a firm focused on defense logistics and materiel sourcing across international supply chains. He leads the company’s strategy for establishing reliable vendor networks, compliant procurement channels, and mission-aligned delivery frameworks for defense customers.

Kadam founded TACOM DEFENSE to address friction in global defense logistics—specifically the gap between strategic demand, compliant sourcing, and timely fulfillment. His work centers on:
• vendor qualification and onboarding,
• procurement and export compliance alignment,
• documentation and contracting workflows, and
• coordination with logistics and freight partners operating in controlled environments.

His background includes early exposure to cross-border procurement, regulatory research, and contract documentation, developed through direct interaction with suppliers, compliance professionals, and government contracting advisors. This foundation has informed the company’s structured internal approach to ITAR/EAR compliance, documentation standards, and supplier due-diligence processes.

At present, Kadam is leading TACOM DEFENSE through its initial contract pipeline, with active efforts in supplier engagement, compliance integration, and logistics partnerships. The company’s near-term focus is on establishing dependable delivery channels for mission-critical components and systems while building a record of performance within regulated defense markets.
